The public consultation on the redevelopment of the Dragoner site on Mehringdamm in Berlin begins with the introductory public event on 14th November, from 18:30-21:00.
Kapok, working in a team with Florian Schmidt (URBANITAS), Udo Dittfurth und Ursula Flecken (Planergemeinschaft), has been working since March with the distirct council and owners ABR German Real Estate to help facilitate the process.
